MONO-BLOCK performance for external applications:

• bearer structure of special, hollow aluminium alloy UNI3569 sections obtained by extrusion, with aluminium corner elements;
• buffer panels of the structure, with a minimum thickness of 46 mm, made in sheet metal galvanised by dipping on the inside and sheet metal galvanised by dipping and plastic coated on the outside in a colour corresponding to RAL 7004, press-formed and hot injected with polyurethane of a density of 45 kg/m3, with fire resistance class 1;
• system of panel/structure pairing with concealed screws in the sections (invisible from the inside) and special waterproof seals;
• internal closure elements only in sheet aluminium;
• external air input section complete with galvanised steel shutter and aluminium rain grid;
• pre-filtration section consisting of G3/G4 folded synthetic filters;
• filtration section consisting of F7/F8/F9 rigid pocket filters;
• heat recovery section consisting of a rotating heat recovery unit of a high yield hygroscopic type with a size as described below:
• water battery for heating with copper pipes and aluminium flaps, frame in painted steel and copper collectors;
• water battery for cooling with copper pipes and aluminium flaps, frame in painted steel and copper collectors;
• Humidification section; with network steam, self-generated steam, with high pressure water and ‘lost water’ or pump;
• water battery for post-heating with copper pipes and aluminium flaps, frame in painted steel and copper collectors;
• plug fan directly paired to the motor shaft in order to ensure greater operational reliability by eliminating the bearings, rotating elements of the fan and the belt transmission. Maintenance is eliminated thus also limiting vibration;
• Class F electric motor with degree of protection IP55, suitable for operation up to 3600 rpm powered by 400V 50 Hz 3F;
• installed electrical power 11 kW – 6 pole;
• control inverter and motor/fan control.
