QUALITY – ENVIRONMENT –SAFETY POLICY


SAMP S.p.A. aims at consolidating our position on the market of designing and building air handling units and we are working hard towards this goal. Our aim is to improve the quality of our processes and our environmental peformances connected to these activities.

All of this is achieved thanks to a ever improving careful management of health and safety on the place of work and to the safeguard of workers.


“Quality”, as we mean it, is the understanding and punctual satisfaction of needs and expectations of all the parties involved into our processes and products. That is, not only the customer’s needs but also the community’s, the employees’ and the citizens’, who are interested in the functioning of our products and in the development of our activity.


SAMP S.p.A., in the organization and management of its processes, aims at giving the greatest satisfaction to the Customer at the lowest possible economic and environmental cost.


The development of our activities is based on these principles:

  • Applying the principles of “risk based thinking” to all company processes;
  • Guaranteeing the quality and conformity to the laws, norms and requirements of our products;
  • Thoroughly following all applicable laws and norms in environmental aspects and the management of health and safety of our employees;
  • Preventing any difformity, by re-examining the Non-Conformity reports, claims, accidents and almost accidents;
  • Aiming at continuous improvement, developing indicators which help monitoring our performances in terms of quality, environment, health and safety and systematically re-examining the integrated system;
  • Raising awareness and feel of responsability on topics such as quality, environment, health and safety, trying to establish a “common feeling” which involves all personnel and all people that together with SAMP can contribute to reaching our objectives, including our suppliers;
  • Guaranteeing the best organization of the human resources by making all employees feel responsible and by empowering the development of everyone’s abilities;
  • Identifying the environmental aspects and minimizing the relative impacts using the planning of environmental management;
  • Identifying, evaluating and, if possible, eliminating or at least reducing our employees’ health and safety risks;
  • Preventing pollution, stressing the importance of the management of one’s own wastes;
  • Improving the communication and cooperation of all involved parties (internal and external to the company) about the environments topics regarding one’s own activity.


As the commitment to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety is fundamental to ensure our competivity on the market, the Direction is determined to make sure that this choice has been understood and shared by everyone working for the company or in its name.
